At Xephylarnykraxor, we are committed to customer satisfaction. This policy outlines our procedures for refunds and cancellations of our landscape design services.
Design Consultation Services
Initial consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has taken place. If you need to reschedule your consultation, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
Design Package Deposits
Design package deposits are refundable under the following conditions:
- Full refund if cancelled within 7 days of payment and before design work begins
- 50% refund if cancelled after design work has commenced but before completion
- No refund once the final design has been delivered
Project Implementation
For landscape construction and implementation projects:
- Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered
- Progress payments are non-refundable for completed work phases
- Custom materials ordered specifically for your project cannot be returned
Plant Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our plant installations. Plants installed by Xephylarnykraxor are covered by a one-year guarantee under the following conditions:
- Plants must receive proper care as outlined in our maintenance guide
- Damage due to neglect, extreme weather, or third-party activities is not covered
- Replacement plants will be of similar variety and size
How to Request a Refund

- Your name and contact information
- Project or invoice number
- Reason for refund request
- Any relevant documentation
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
